Nicole Cuellar

I am a DONA trained birth doula, and I’m fascinated with the pregnancy and birth space. I have been married to my husband, Isaiah, for 8 years and we have a two year old son. Going through the experience of having my son is what motivated me to jump into the birth space. I understand how important it is for women to not only be supported throughout pregnancy, but to also have someone on their side advocating for their personal birth goals when they are in the midst of labor.

I support women however they want to be supported during birth. There is no “right” or “wrong” way to have a baby, only your way. I will help guide you through your options and choices during pregnancy and birth so that you can not only be apart of the decision-making process, but also be able to make informed decisions.

My education consists of a B.S. in Health and Well-Being Sciences from the University of Minnesota, doula training from DONA International, and childbirth education from BirthWorks.

When I am not doing birth work you can find me spending quality time with family, exploring the outdoors, whipping up new meals in the kitchen, watching the sunrise & sunset, and hanging out at the many parks in the wonderful city of Hugo.
